PILOT aka “Director of Duster Operations”

Drake Sykes had a historic collegiate career at Knox College with many accolades including being selected for three All-American teams. He has since been inducted into the hall of fame for the college with school records for his career in all-time hits, total bases, stolen bases, on-base percentage, and career average. Drake played professionally in Australia before coaching at Knox and William Penn University. He is looking forward to sharing his passion for the game with young baseball players.

Co-Pilot aka “Player and Coach Relations”

The Norwalk resident is a former accomplished baseball player who has transitioned into coaching. During his high school career, Strable earned two First Team All-State selections and four All-District honors in baseball. After high school, Strable's baseball journey continued at Iowa Central Community College. He then transferred to Lipscomb University, where he played Division 1 baseball for the Bisons. As a two-year starting pitcher, he made significant contributions on and off the field earning two Academic Atlantic Sun All-Conference selections. Strable continues to stay connected to baseball through mentorship and learning opportunities. He receives consistent guidance from Chicago Cubs Pitching Coordinator James Ogden and Ethan Westphal, the Pitching Director for Cressey Sports Performance. Currently, Strable serves as the Assistant Coach for the Martensdale St. Mary's Blue Devils baseball team, where he applies his extensive knowledge and experience to develop young talent.
